At Doodhli Organics, we take immense pride in delivering clean, unadulterated, and honest food directly from our village to your doorstep. Each product is handcrafted with care and precision — but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.
🌾 Our Commitment
We stand by the quality and purity of our products. However, as we deal in perishable and consumable goods, we have a limited return window and specific eligibility criteria.
🛍️ Return Eligibility
We accept returns or offer replacements/refunds only if:
- The item was damaged during transit
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a clear quality or packaging issue
To be eligible:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a clear image or video proof
🚫 What’s Not Covered
We do not accept returns for:
- Taste preferences (our products are 100% natural and flavor may vary slightly batch to batch)
- Minor label or packaging dents (does not affect product integrity)
- Delay in delivery due to courier or unforeseen reasons
- Products opened or used
🔁 Replacement or Refund Process
- Email us at support@doodhli.farm within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID, a short description of the issue, and images/videos of the product
- Our team will evaluate and respond within 2 working days
If approved, we will:
- Ship a replacement at no extra charge
- OR issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 7 business days
📦 Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@doodhli.farm
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled
